    MingStreet is building a curated discovery platform for Asian/Chinese fashion brands. We are looking for a sharp part-time growth operator to help us improve the connection between Meta ads, creative testing, product/catalog selection, landing pages, and performance learning.

    This is not a generic media buyer role. We are not looking for someone who only says "test broad targeting and let Meta optimize." We need someone who can think through the full customer journey: what product we advertise, what the ad says, where the user lands, and whether the whole experience makes sense.
